1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security, taken by Beijing Han's United Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Han's United”) (the Operator).
The Operator's foremost goal is to respect human and civil rights and freedoms during personal data processing, including the right to privacy and personal/family confidentiality. This policy applies to all information the Operator may collect about visitors of https://stemcell-china.com.
2. Key definitions
Personal data means any information related directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable user of the website. Processing means any action or set of actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.
User means any visitor to https://stemcell-china.com. Operator means Beijing Han's United Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which independently or jointly with others organises the processing of personal data and determines their scope and purposes.
3. Rights and obligations of the Operator
The Operator may receive truthful data and/or documents from the data subject, independently determine measures to comply with the law, and continue processing without consent in cases provided by law.
The Operator must provide data subjects on request with information about processing of their personal data, respond to inquiries, and take legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, destruction, modification, blocking and other unlawful actions.
4. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to receive information about processing of their personal data, demand their clarification, blocking or deletion if incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained. The subject may withdraw consent to processing and appeal the Operator's actions to a supervisory authority or court.
5. Processing principles
Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis, limited to achieving specific, predetermined and lawful purposes. Only data matching the processing purposes is processed. The content and scope do not exceed declared purposes.
Accuracy, sufficiency and, where necessary, currency of data is ensured. Storage is performed in a form allowing identification of the subject, no longer than required by the processing purposes, unless otherwise required by federal law.
6. Processing purposes
The purpose is to inform the User via email and process applications for medical consultation. Data categories: full name; email; phone numbers; date of birth; health information (provided voluntarily by the User to assess therapy suitability).
7. Processing conditions
Processing is carried out with the subject's consent or on grounds provided by the Personal Data Law. Processing is necessary to perform a contract with the subject or to exercise the Operator's rights and legitimate interests, provided this does not violate the subject's rights and freedoms.
8. Collection, storage and transfer
Data security is ensured through legal, organisational and technical measures preventing access by unauthorised persons. User data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or with the subject's consent.
The User may update data or withdraw consent by sending notice to info@stemcell-china.com marked “Personal data update” or “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
9. Actions with personal data
The Operator performs collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. Processing is automated — with information transmission over IT/telecommunication networks.
10. Cross-border transfer
Before any cross-border transfer the Operator notifies the supervisory authority for personal data subject rights and obtains required information from foreign recipients.
11. Confidentiality
The Operator and other persons with access to personal data must not disclose them to third parties or distribute them without the subject's consent, unless otherwise required by federal law.
12. Final provisions
The User may request clarifications about the processing of their personal data by emailing info@stemcell-china.com. Any policy changes will be reflected in this document. The policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
