How a course is structured

A standard course consists of three cell-administration procedures with a 15–20 day interval between them.

    Medical records review

    Our academic board reviews your medical records and confirms indications for cell therapy. Free of charge.

  2. 02Therapy

    Three-procedure course

    Standard course is three cell-administration procedures. The route and cell type are tailored to the diagnosis.

  3. 03Aftercare

    Interval of 15–20 days

    Between procedures the clinic monitors the body's response. The full course runs roughly 1.5–2 months.

The cost of a single procedure depends on the underlying disease, the route of administration and the exact cell type. A course usually consists of three procedures.

  • Cell preparation

    Individualized dose prepared for patient weight and diagnosis. Freshly isolated cells — never frozen.

    Clinical detail

    Clinical note

    Dose is calculated by body weight (1×10⁶ cells per kg for umbilical-cord MSCs) and confirmed by a clinical board. Cell viability ≥85% after isolation; no cryopreservation between isolation and infusion.

  • Medical procedures

    Intravenous infusions, lumbar punctures, targeted injections to the lesion site. All three course procedures included.

    Clinical detail

    Clinical note

    IV infusion 60–90 minutes under blood-pressure and SpO₂ monitoring; intrathecal injection under local anesthesia with ultrasound guidance; intra-articular under fluoroscopy. Post-procedure observation 4–6 hours in hospital.

  • Pickup and transfers

    Meet-and-greet at Sanqingshan Airport (SQD) and transfer to the clinic. Local transport is organized by the clinic.

  • Interpreter services

    Russian- or English-speaking interpreter accompanies you throughout the stay, including consultations and procedures.

  • Initial consultation

    Medical record review and an individualized treatment plan compiled by the academic board.

    Clinical detail

    Clinical note

    Multidisciplinary review: specialty clinician + regenerative therapist + academic-board representative. Output is a written plan with indications, contraindications, cell type and administration route.

  • On-site medical check-up

    Blood and urine tests, ECG, ultrasound. Can be completed at home and brought along — in which case there is no extra cost.

  • Accommodation for companions
