Anamnesis

Mr. Wu, age 39. In March 2019 suffered cerebral infarction. After discharge — right-sided weakness: upper limb could lift but right hand could not hold objects; both lower limbs allowed independent walking, but with right leg dragging (gait impairment). Speech not fluent — understandable to others, comprehends speech. Symptoms persistent without remission. Frequently stayed up late, had poor social contact.
