Anamnesis

Wáng**, female, age 41. Pathology report from Ruijin Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院) dated 2023-10-11: (right breast) invasive ductal carcinoma, grade II, maximum diameter 1.0 cm. Immunohistochemistry: ER (95%+, strong staining), PR (95%+, strong staining), HER2 (1+), Ki67 (~20%+ in hot spots); 21-gene RS index 25. In situ carcinoma cell immunophenotype essentially matches the invasive component. Discharge summary from the same hospital dated 2024-01-22: post-radiotherapy of malignant tumor (after lumpectomy for right breast cancer).

Treatment plan

Perinatal NK immune cells, 2U intravenously, once monthly, 3 consecutive administrations.
