Anamnesis
Lài*, age 2, 13 kg. Limited speech with simple words for needs. Eye contact slightly impaired, emotional sphere good, mood good. Increased lower-limb muscle tone, unable to walk. Undergoing rehabilitation, slow progress. Enlarged head — hydrocephalus. Brief startle-like episodes at night. Not interested in toys.

2023-02-25 — intravenous umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSC) 2U, once monthly, 4 consecutive administrations = 1 cycle.

Outcome
Speech increased, can express thoughts, recite simple poems, sing children's songs. Muscle tone improved (with rehabilitation and surgical intervention); cannot yet walk independently, requires stroller for mobility. Comprehension and cognition improved, appetite and sleep good. Overall progress pronounced — improvement noted after each infusion.
Physician conclusion
No adverse reactions observed. Stem cell transplantation for pediatric cerebral palsy effectively alleviates associated symptoms.
