Anamnesis
Sū*, age 2, 14 kg. Functional delay in the first year of life. From birth to 8 months — satisfactory condition; subsequently, unstable sitting, walking with support, unable to stand independently. By age 2 — white matter leukomalacia, EEG abnormalities (epilepsy). At 9 months, anti-epileptic medication for 3 months caused deterioration and was discontinued. At presentation — functional delay, left hand clumsy.
Treatment plan
2022-05-30 — intravenous umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSC) 2U, once monthly, 4 administrations = 1 cycle, 2 cycles total.

Outcome
Speech gradually emerged (sometimes excessive), conscious behavior improved markedly, good interaction, strength increased, normal eye contact, emotions more stable (occasionally over-excited), general state improved. Follow-up: speech increased, can recite simple poems, sings children's songs, comprehension and cognition advanced markedly, mostly understands and follows instructions. Now both hands grasp objects skillfully.
Physician conclusion
No adverse reactions observed. Stem cell transplantation for pediatric cerebral palsy effectively alleviates associated symptoms.
