Anamnesis
Hasba**, age 66, from Inner Mongolia. Parkinson's disease history of 3 years, on oral medication. Per family: after onset, speech became less fluent; one year after onset, walking cane required. Body stiff and rigid, getting up and turning over difficult. Recurrent peeling and itching on left calf, excessive sweating.
Treatment plan
In May 2024 — mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) 7U + MSC 3U lumbar puncture, once monthly, 3 consecutive administrations.
- Therapy
- MSC (generic)
- Delivery route
- Intravenous (IV)Lumbar puncture (LP)
Video follow-up
Outcome
Within the first hour after infusion, limb rigidity markedly improved; 6 hours later, getting up became easy, walked without cane. After one cycle, left calf skin healed — no itching or peeling. Frequent urination also improved. Currently, only occasionally uses cane while walking.
Patient feedback half a month after cell therapy (May 24)
Hi Zheng, improvements since cell therapy on May 24:
- Generalized body stiffness markedly improved (easier to move, more flexibility).
- Dry stool improved, urinary frequency reduced.
- Excessive sweating decreased.
- No more nose running while eating.
- Standing no longer requires support against the wall.
Hoping the 2nd infusion brings more improvement. This video was taken at noon.
