Anamnesis

Mìng**, male, age 59. Discharge summary from Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University (复旦大学附属中山医院) dated 2023-09-25:

  1. Rectal malignancy;
  2. Colonic polyps;
  3. Fatty liver;
  4. Liver cyst.

Pathology with immunohistochemistry 2023-09-19: (rectum) ulcerative adenocarcinoma, partially mucinous (~20%), differentiation grade II. Tumor tissue infiltrates the deep muscular layer of the intestinal wall; both surgical margins and circumferential margin are free of tumor involvement. 27 perirectal lymph nodes examined — no metastasis (0/27). The patient has slightly reduced appetite, night-time awakenings — frequently waking at 3-4 a.m. and unable to fall back asleep — poor sleep quality, reduced immunity.

Treatment plan

Perinatal NK immune cells, 2U intravenously, once every 3 weeks, 4 consecutive administrations.
