- Post left nephrectomy for renal cancer with pulmonary and right kidney metastases.
- Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, unstable angina, heart function class II.
- Colorectal carcinoma, colonic polyps.
- Stage 3 hypertension, very high risk.
- Gastrointestinal bleeding, moderate anemia.
- Insomnia.
Pre-treatment status: shortness of breath on walking, weakness ("walking on cotton"), pedal edema, cough on torso rotation, heart rate 110 bpm, pallor, poor general condition and stamina.
Treatment plan
Perinatal NK cells intravenously, 4 infusions; intervals adjusted per clinical condition. Second cycle currently in progress.

Outcome

Appetite good, sleep moderately improved, overall well-being good, weight increasing, oxygen saturation normal.
