Anamnesis

Lǐ**, female, age 68. Discharge summary from the Third Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital (中国人民解放军总医院第三医学中心) dated 2023-05-15:

  1. Left renal pelvis carcinoma;
  2. Urinary tract infection;
  3. Arterial hypertension;
  4. Multiple gallbladder polyps;
  5. Micronodules in both upper lobes of the lungs.

After left renal pelvis carcinoma resection in May 2023: constipation, weight loss of 5 kg, severely poor psycho-emotional state, poor appetite, elevated cold sensitivity, sleeps year-round wearing socks.

Outcome
