Anamnesis
Fāng*, female, age 32. Discharge summary from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (中山大学附属第一医院) dated 2018-06-08: upper tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma. Endoscopic diagnosis 2023-03-09: tracheal adenocarcinoma (post upper tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma surgery). Surgical exam findings 2023-03-09: prior thyroidectomy and tracheostomy. Comorbidities: rhinitis with episodic discharge, poor appetite and sleep, tendency to fatigue, low physical activity.

Domestic NK immune cells, intravenous infusion, two administrations.

Outcome
After cell infusion, rhinitis improved significantly with reduced discharge. Sleep good, appetite enhanced, general condition improved, complexion regained pink tone, immunity strengthened.
