Anamnesis
Lǐ*, age 60, type 2 diabetes mellitus history of 20+ years. Long-term insulin therapy at 35U/day. Urine protein fluctuating between 2+ and 3+, urine glucose 3+.
Treatment plan
Newborn NK immune cells, 1U IV infusion, single administration.

Outcome
By day 3 post-infusion, blood glucose stabilized. On normal diet, daily insulin dose decreased from 35U to 25U. One month after infusion, urine protein turned negative; urine glucose dropped from 3+ to 1+. Status maintained at follow-up.
