Anamnesis
Liú, male, type 2 diabetes mellitus history of 30+ years, on insulin therapy. Complaints: poor sleep, fatigue, paresthesia in hands and feet. Fasting blood glucose: 21.89 mmol/L, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c): 11.19%, urine glucose: 4+.
Treatment plan
June 2023 — umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSC), 7U intravenous infusion, once monthly, course of 3 administrations.
