Anamnesis
Gāo**, age 3, 14 kg. In August 2023 at Hubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital affiliated with Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (华中科技大学同济医学院附属湖北妇幼保健院), ADOS-2 Module T diagnosis: suspected mild-to-moderate autism. Cannot self-care, poor language logic, has stereotyped behaviors — always carries small animal models when going out but unwilling to engage with strangers or animals. Emotions slightly unstable, comprehension and cognition impaired, fond of numbers, uninterested in children's games, picky eater.
Treatment plan
In November 2023 — intravenous stem cells (UC-MSC) ×1 + IV + lumbar puncture × 3, once monthly, 4 consecutive administrations = 1 cycle.

Outcome

Emotional connections markedly enhanced, good interaction with family, prolonged eye contact.
