Anamnesis

Huáng*, age 3, 13 kg. Developmental delay, non-verbal, partial speech comprehension. Pulls on hands to indicate needs. Weak suckling at birth, sleep normal. At 6 months, MRI revealed: subdural hygroma, hydrocephalus, deep cortical sulci, elevated cerebrospinal fluid pressure, signs of brain atrophy. Inpatient treatment showed limited efficacy.
