Anamnesis
Zhāng*, age 6, 26 kg. After age 2, parents noticed limited speech. After starting school, teachers reported Zhāng did not interact or play with other children. Medical examination revealed elevated neuron-specific enolase (NSE 24.08 ng/mL). At age 6, still cannot communicate normally, only imitates others' speech.
