Anamnesis
Xú*, female, age 65, with a history of arterial hypertension. In March 2023, diagnosed with "lung adenocarcinoma". After one course of chemoradiotherapy, general condition deteriorated sharply, appetite declined, with progressive emaciation. Due to poor tolerance, the patient declined further chemoradiotherapy.

Outcome
